California Division IX Masonic Calendar of Events
San Diego County has four Prince Hall Masonic Lodges all in Division 11:
On a recent trip Dick Covert, PM and Clint Black, PM and their ladies stumbled on an abandoned mining town called Masonic and have submitted the pictures below:
Masonic Mountain Story
"(The) Large picture of the Plaque was taken in the Lower Masonic mining area by the Stamp mill and the terminus of the tramway from the Pittsburgh Mine. The picture lower left is of part of the Chamung Mine in the upper Masonic area. Center picture is same as first with Dick Covert PM standing by. Picture on the right is another picture of two of the several bldg. of the Chamung Mine. I do not see any pictures from atop Masonic Mt." -Clint Black, PM
